The opportunity currently available is for the position of Groundskeeper at one of The Neiders Company's extended-stay hotel properties located in Las Vegas. This role is vital in sustaining the company’s dedication to accountability and delivering legendary customer service. As a Groundskeeper, you will be instrumental in upholding the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of the property’s exterior grounds and common outdoor areas. Your responsibilities will include landscaping maintenance, performing routine groundskeeping tasks such as sweeping, blowing, raking, weeding, trimming, and general exterior cleanup, as well as ensuring all guest-facing areas are safe, inviting, and well-presented.

This position requires a close partnership with the management and maintenance teams to identify and address property needs promptly and effectively, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests, visitors, and fellow team members. The Groundskeeper will also be expected to operate and maintain groundskeeping tools and equipment safely while adhering to all company safety procedures. Providing friendly and professional service in interactions with guests, vendors, and team members is a key part of this role, emphasizing the company’s customer service standards.

The Neiders Company offers two Groundskeeper openings for their Las Vegas Extended Stay properties with two distinct schedules: one from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with Friday and Saturday off, and another from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with Sunday and Monday off. Schedules may vary depending on property needs and operational demands, and flexibility is important.
