This opportunity offers a competitive benefits package including discretionary bonuses, medical and dental insurance starting from the first of the month following employment, health and flexible spending accounts, employer-matched 401K plans, robust paid time off, and company-paid life and disability insurance. Additionally, employees enjoy volunteer days, parental leave, and other flexible benefits that support work-life balance and overall well-being.

The Groundskeeper role also includes eligibility for a $500 net sign-on bonus paid in the first paycheck. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, the capacity to operate smart mobile devices, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates should be able to work independently and be available for night or weekend emergency call duties. Typical physical demands include the ability to lift and move equipment and supplies up to 75 pounds and perform a range of tasks involving standing, reaching, climbing, balancing, and stooping. Work environments vary between indoor and outdoor settings around residential properties and maintenance areas, with regular interaction with residents and staff.

Balfour Beatty is committed to equal opportunity employment and values workforce diversity, ensuring that all qualified individuals receive fair consideration for employment regardless of race, gender, age, or other legally protected categories.
