Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of property maintenance experience preferred
- maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees
- communicate clearly to residents and respond to resident's service requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner
- can use power and hand tools effectively and safely when completing maintenance tasks
- must have time management skills to successfully navigate frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- work independently with minimal supervision, be accountable for actions, self-motivated
- pass criminal background screening prior to employment
- possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance or reliable transportation is required

Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas
- be aware of the condition of the property at all times and take immediate steps to correct unsafe and unclean conditions
- maintain pool, pool areas, and pool furniture
- participate in an ongoing community improvement plan and a preventive maintenance program
- perform other duties as assigned by the Community and Service Manager
