Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years cooking experience
- ServSafe Certification
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday during school sessions
- Availability to work variable summer hours based on campus events
- Ability to work part-time hours, less than 28 per week

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Time food production such that all food is ready at the time of service
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and menus
- Monitor kitchen equipment for proper functioning
- Support other kitchen employees in assuring that the essential functions of the kitchen are performed adequately and appropriately
- Assist management personnel in ordering and inventory procedures
- Put away and pull stock as needed
