Job Requirements

  • ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
  • ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
  • knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • basic english language and professional communication skills
  • able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
  • ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
  • must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • hand-eye coordination
  • reaching, bending twisting, stooping
  • pushing and pulling
  • lifting overhead
  • must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Duties

  • take full ownership of the daily preparation and execution of food items in your station
  • follow recipes, procedures and presentation standards consistently
  • ensure highest quality chicken and other menu items
  • work collaboratively with team members to meet customer expectations
  • maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
  • assist colleagues and service team as needed
  • operate grill equipment efficiently and safely
