Job Requirements
- ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- basic english language and professional communication skills
- able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
- ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
- must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- hand-eye coordination
- reaching, bending twisting, stooping
- pushing and pulling
- lifting overhead
- must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- take full ownership of the daily preparation and execution of food items in your station
- follow recipes, procedures and presentation standards consistently
- ensure highest quality chicken and other menu items
- work collaboratively with team members to meet customer expectations
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
- assist colleagues and service team as needed
- operate grill equipment efficiently and safely
