  • Cook and prepare steak and chicken meats
  • maintain a clean and organized grill area
  • properly store and label food items
  • monitor inventory and notify management when supplies run low
  • ensure foods are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks
