Job Duties
- Cook and prepare steak and chicken meats
- maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling of food items
- monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low
- ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
- perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations
