Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to stand and walk regularly
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to follow safety and company procedures
- Willingness to wear company dress code uniforms

Job Duties
- Greet all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Actively promote programs including but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup
- Model brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image including adhering to dress code
- Check in all customers' merchandise for return
- Check in all vendor representatives, completing visitor log and controlling visitor badges
- Remain aware of special events and inform customers of details, providing promotional materials
- Ensure entryway and surrounding work area remain clean, tidy, and safe for customers and Outfitters
- Assist facilitation of customer check-in of firearms/weapons by notifying designated Outfitter
- Perform all other duties as assigned
