Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older per applicable law
- ability to provide friendly and engaging guest service
- reliable and punctual
- good time management and attention to detail
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- manage waitlists and organize seating effectively
- provide exceptional guest service to ensure a positive first impression
- coordinate with host and serving staff to optimize seating flow
- answer guest questions and provide information about the menu and restaurant
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
- assist with managing guest relations and resolving seating issues promptly
