Job Requirements

  • must be 16 years of age or older per applicable law
  • ability to provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences
  • effective time management and attention to detail
  • strong communication skills

  • availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • greet guests as they enter the restaurant and provide a friendly first impression
  • manage waitlists and ensure guests are seated efficiently and effectively
  • engage with guests to understand their needs and answer any questions
  • coordinate with hosting and serving staff to maintain seamless seating operations
  • maintain a clean and organized entrance and waiting area
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues promptly
  • contribute to creating a positive and energetic atmosphere
