The ideal candidate must be proficient with TEI software and capable of navigating the intricacies of the golf facility's electronic tee sheet, including managing different types of tee time starts such as straight tee times, shotgun starts, and double tee starts while understanding their respective advantages and disadvantages.\n\nAdditional responsibilities include creating tournament documentation such as pairings, scorecards, rule sheets, and scoreboards that support tournament play, as well as delivering golf rules and etiquette presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint. The candidate will often speak in front of large groups comprising beginning golfers and volunteers, thus requiring excellent communication and public speaking skills. The role also encompasses assisting in creating an annual schedule of events for the Green Team program and participating in Saturday morning play sessions. Furthermore, the position demands flexibility with work hours, often including Saturdays, holidays, and potential schedule changes on short notice.\n\nThis part-time position typically involves working 16 to 28 hours per week and does not include any supervisory responsibilities. Physical demands are significant and include a variety of activities such as prolonged sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, and using hands for various tasks.
