The Recreation Centers of Sun City West (RCSCW) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents of Sun City West, Arizona. It provides a diverse array of recreational, social, and fitness facilities. Established to serve the active adult community, RCSCW operates four primary recreation centers, each offering unique amenities tailored to various interests and activities.

Beardsley Recreation Center

Located at 12755 Beardsley Road, Beardsley Center features an Olympic-size indoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and multiple clubrooms. Outdoor amenities include a mini-golf course, horseshoe pits, a greenhouse, and a G-scale model railroad track.

The center also boasts a children's playground and a park with shaded ramadas, providing spaces for relaxation and socialization.

Kuentz Recreation Center

Situated at 14401 R.H. Johnson Blvd., Kuentz Center offers an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and various clubrooms. Outdoor amenities include tennis courts, a walking track, a softball field, a woodworking shop, and the Stardust Theatre, which hosts a variety of performances and events.

Palm Ridge Recreation Center

Located at 13800 Deer Valley Drive, Palm Ridge Center features three pools—two indoor and one outdoor—a large fitness center, an indoor walking track, pickleball courts, a ballroom, and multiple clubrooms.

The center offers a variety of fitness classes and social events, catering to a wide range of interests.

R.H. Johnson Recreation Center

Found at 19803 N. R.H. Johnson Blvd., R.H. Johnson Center includes an outdoor pool, a fitness center, walking tracks, pickleball and tennis courts, racquetball courts, table tennis, a mini-golf course, lawn bowling, bocce ball, dog parks, a sports pavilion, and the Lizard Acres Pub.

The center also houses a library and various clubrooms, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

• KSCW-LP community radio station: Broadcasting at 103.1 FM, managed by volunteer members of the Sun City West Broadcast Club, offering diverse programming for residents.
• Sun Bowl Amphitheatre: An outdoor venue hosting concerts, performances, and other events on approximately 9.1 acres, including a regulation softball field and parking area.
