Job Description
CAI (Computer Aid, Inc.) is a prominent global services firm that employs over 9,000 associates worldwide and generates an annual revenue exceeding $1.3 billion. With more than 40 years of industry experience, CAI excels at uniting talent and technology to empower clients, colleagues, and communities. The company is privately held, enabling it to maintain the freedom and focus necessary to prioritize what is right and deliver exceptional outcomes. CAI specializes in tailor-made solutions that produce lasting results across both public and commercial sectors and is recognized as a trailblazer in fostering neurodiversity within the enterprise environment.
The role of the Google Gemini Enterprise Architect at CAI is a full-time, on-site position initially requiring 100% onsite presence for the first 120 days at the Trenton location. After this period, the role transitions to a hybrid work model with three days onsite in Trenton and two days remote. This position offers a lucrative hourly pay rate ranging from $100 to $120, which may vary based on experience, education, and location. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, access to a 401k retirement account, and paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by law.
As the Google Gemini Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role by providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and direct hands-on support for integrating Google Gemini Enterprise within business workflows, Microsoft 365 ecosystem products, and other enterprise systems. The architect will act as the primary subject matter expert for the Google Gemini Enterprise suite, offering strategic consultation on AI-driven business solutions and best practices for implementation. You will conduct thorough assessments to identify opportunities for integration across various business processes and lead the design and implementation of integration architectures that comply with organizational security and compliance guidelines.
Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting complex technical problems, creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation and workflows, and developing playbooks and use case libraries tailored for common business scenarios. The architect will mentor team members on Gemini Enterprise capabilities, keep up-to-date with the latest enhancements and industry trends, and work closely with stakeholders to improve and optimize existing implementations. The position demands a collaborative mindset, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to identify innovative AI applications to solve complex business challenges. This opportunity suits candidates with substantial hands-on experience in Google Gemini Enterprise architecture and those who thrive in dynamic and forward-looking technology environments.
