Deloitte is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join its Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Cloud Security team. This pivotal role focuses on leading how clients secure their GCP cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) estates as part of large-scale transformation initiatives. The Senior Manager will provide strategic guidance to executive stakeholders on cloud and AI security strategy and architecture, overseeing the design and implementation of robust security controls across GCP environments. Serving as a trusted advisor, this position requires deep technical expertise in securing cloud-native services such as Google Kubernetes Engine, generative AI, machine learning services, encryption, and data protection. This role also entails directing teams responsible for successful delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.

As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients to define target-state cloud security operating models, develop reference architectures and roadmaps, and prioritize investments aligned with business and technology transformation goals. Integral to this role is the responsibility to lead executive workshops, present implementation recommendations to leadership, and drive practice growth through business development, account expansion, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate merges deep GCP security technical experience with strong leadership capabilities, client service excellence, and business development acumen, enabling Deloitte to maintain its market eminence in cloud security.

This full-time opportunity comes with a competitive salary range estimated between $163,400 and $322,100, reflective of the candidate's skills, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Additionally, the role offers participation in a discretionary annual incentive program based on both individual and organizational performance. Deloitte supports limited immigration sponsorship and expects the Senior Manager to travel approximately 50 percent of the time to engage with clients across various sectors.
