The position requires flexibility to work any day or shift, including weekends, holidays, and special events such as concerts. Candidates must be physically able to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and working in potentially noisy or smoky environments. The ideal candidate should be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and hold relevant experience in beverage operations. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or casino industry is preferred but not mandatory.

In summary, the Beverage Manager at Golden Gate Hotel & Casino is a dynamic role designed for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
