Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality management or related leadership roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale and scheduling software
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality leadership roles such as general manager, assistant general manager, or service manager
  • Strong understanding of front-of-house operations and guest service excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial performance metrics
  • Experience working in high-volume and fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences

  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs efficiently
  • Implement and uphold service standards in line with the brand and restaurant concept
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to maintain operational flow

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly
