Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality management or related leadership roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale and scheduling software
- Committed to maintaining high standards of customer service
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality leadership roles such as general manager, assistant general manager, or service manager
- Strong understanding of front-of-house operations and guest service excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial performance metrics
- Experience working in high-volume and fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
Job Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and lead FOH teams fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs efficiently
- Implement and uphold service standards in line with the brand and restaurant concept
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to maintain operational flow
- Monitor financial performance and contribute to budget planning
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly
