Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail or customer service roles is an asset
- knowledge of guest service fundamentals
- ability to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- strong communication skills across multiple devices
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- execute daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- execute processes including price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- support guest service areas such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment like picking, packing, and delivering pickup orders
- comply with all safety policies and report hazards
