The position available is for a General Merchandise Expert, an essential role within Target's General Merchandise and Food Sales team, responsible for maintaining the efficiency and organization of the store's general merchandise areas. This role focuses on ensuring products are set, in-stock, correctly priced, and signed, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for guests. The General Merchandise Expert leads critical processes including inbound and outbound logistics, replenishment, and promotional signing across all general merchandise sections. This dynamic role requires a strong understanding of store processes, inventory accuracy, and merchandising setups, all aimed at supporting Target's business priorities and delivering excellent sales performance.
