Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality management, or related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in event management with a focus on global events
- proven ability to manage large-scale events from concept to execution
- strong project management and organizational skills
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- proficiency in event management software and Google Suite
- willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- strong analytical skills to assess event performance
Job Qualifications

- master's degree preferred
- minimum of 5 years of experience in event management
- proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events from concept to execution
- strong project management skills
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in event management software and Google Suite products
- willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Job Duties
- Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience
- conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
- create event budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure successful execution
- oversee all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and onsite coordination
- coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of event programs
- manage event staff including internal team members and external contractors to deliver high-quality experiences
- build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, sponsors, and partners
- collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate event initiatives with overall business objectives
- communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of events and ROI
- analyze post-event data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- prepare comprehensive event reports and presentations for leadership review
