Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain authorization
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug test and background check
- Ability to prepare, write and speak English fluently
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math
- Competent with computer applications used for department operations
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Food safety certification or ability to obtain within 180 days

- Minimum 0-3 years supervisory experience

- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Help manage daily operations in grocery department
- Supervise grocery team in merchandising and store upkeep
- Execute marketing plans according to departmental guidelines
- Train and develop associates on product freshness, inventory, and merchandising
- Foster inclusive team culture and promote respect and collaboration
- Complete administrative tasks including scheduling, training, and inventory reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
