Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong attention to detail in cleaning and sanitation
- physical capability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- ability to operate and maintain mechanical dishwashing equipment
- knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures
- physical ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds repeatedly
- ability to stand for extended periods and move efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Duties
- ensure all kitchen work areas equipment and utensils are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition
- assist in food preparation by setting up operating and maintaining the mechanical dishwasher throughout the shift
- keep the food line stocked with clean plates and utensils
- perform multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift including tidying work areas and restrooms
