The Anti-Bitch Club is currently seeking a dynamic General Store Manager, also known as the Head Bitch in Charge, to lead their bustling, high-energy café. This full-time leadership role is perfect for an experienced hospitality professional ready to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a large team and fast-paced environment. As the Head Bitch in Charge, you will oversee a team of 30 to 50 employees and managers, driving excellence in customer service, operational efficiency, and overall store performance.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical functions, including inventory management, ordering, scheduling, hiring, and human resources administration. You will also manage facilities maintenance and in-store marketing initiatives to ensure the café remains an inviting and smoothly-running hub. Maintaining strict adherence to recipe standards and quality control is essential to preserving the Coffee Dose experience.

Beyond operational duties, this role demands strong leadership and team development skills; you will set the tone for workplace culture and enforce break policies while motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer interactions consistently. As the financial steward of the store, you will own the Profit and Loss account, managing budgets carefully and protecting profit margins. Your deep understanding of numbers, coupled with your ability to lead with accountability and energy, will be key to thriving in this role.
