- physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces including stairs and service ramps
- capability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance
- ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
- ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop

Job Duties
- deliver items directly to guests in their rooms
- provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and front office departments
- ensure timely and efficient movement of items throughout the hotel
- follow company policies and safety standards
- maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- maintain personal appearance and communications professionally
- assist with other reasonable job duties as requested
