Job Duties
- Checks production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time
- scales ingredients
- loads, operates and unloads mixer(s)
- operates dough pump
- checks posted scaling weights and equipment standards
- adjusts and operates one pocket and six pocket dividers
- adjusts and operates rounder
- adjusts and operates overhead proofer
- performs start-up/shut down sanitation and operator's preventative maintenance
- ensures that work area is clean and organized
- performs other duties as directed by supervision
- ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, etc.)
- checks production schedule and verifies product running order
- checks pan count sheet for product quantity
- checks production wrap count sheet for bag types
- sets and operates slicer, bagger, and tier equipment
- performs quality control inspection of finished product
- checks to ensure that the proper program is running
- checks pallets, slip sheets, etc. for quantity
