The role is full-time with a generous compensation package ranging from $100k to $150k, tailored to reflect experience and expertise. Job Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in upscale fine dining as general manager or chef
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ability to act as guest advocate and maintain a culture of hospitality and kindness
- Skilled in finding, training, teaching, and retaining front-of-house and back-of-house talent
- Collaborative mindset with chef and owner
- Expertise in operational systems and financial management
- Experience with media, public relations, and event planning

Job Duties
