- At least 5 years experience in upscale fine dining as general manager or chef
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ability to act as guest advocate and maintain a culture of hospitality and kindness
- Skilled in finding, training, teaching, and retaining front-of-house and back-of-house talent
- Collaborative mindset with chef and owner
- Expertise in operational systems and financial management

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement training programs for front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Collaborate closely with the chef/owner to drive business growth and innovation
- Manage hiring, training, and retention of top culinary and service talent
- Serve as the primary guest advocate, resolving any issues and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain strict control over financials, including budgeting, cost analysis, and payroll management
- Plan and execute events and large parties, ensuring flawless delivery and guest enjoyment
