In this leadership role, you will be entrusted with overseeing the overall operational and financial performance of the gym club. This includes managing profitability, asset maintenance, accounting compliance, and ensuring high member satisfaction. You will lead various departments such as Membership Sales, Front Desk Personnel, Personal Training services, Edge Kids programs, Group Exercise, and Maintenance. Regular communication with department heads regarding performance and progress will be essential to your role.

Your leadership will extend to collaborating closely with department heads in making staffing decisions, including hiring new personnel to build a strong, cohesive team. Job Duties

  • Responsible for overall operational and financial performance of the club including profitability, asset management, accounting compliance, member satisfaction, sales, personnel training and employee development
  • Maintain managerial oversight for all departments such as Membership Sales, Front Desk Personnel, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance
  • Communicate regularly with department heads regarding the performance of each department
  • Understand company’s Mission Statement, core values and culture, leading by example and holding employees accountable
  • Collaborate with department heads on hiring decisions for all staff at the club
