Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in management and supervisory roles
high school diploma preferred but not required as a combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation is considered
possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a functioning automobile
ability to read, speak, write, and understand English
ability to read, understand, and interpret internal reports
sufficient mathematical skills for revenue and cost calculations
general computer proficiency
ability to compose and express thoughts clearly
flexibility to work long hours as needed
ability to manage multiple tasks in stressful situations
effective judgment in front office operations and problem-solving
knowledge of salesmanship and competitive local market
