Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum three years single-unit management experience in retail or food and beverage
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license preferred
- food safety and handling certification preferred or ability to obtain
- ability to climb a ladder
- ability to stand, push, pull, reach, bend, squat, climb, walk and lift up to 55 lbs
- occasional sitting and driving required
- willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- ability to maintain long periods of standing
- willingness to work around gasoline fumes and cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum three years single-unit management experience in retail or food and beverage
- experience with PeopleMatter, Workday, Reflexis, PDI, ESO preferred
- food safety and handling certification preferred or ability to obtain
- strong leadership and coaching skills

Job Duties
- Drive a safety culture by ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment

- oversee daily execution of Store Operating System and manage Game Plans
- grow top line P and L performance and control key financial lines
- track and manage inventory through counts and orders
- delegate tasks to team members and follow up
