Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience within a motor vehicle or powersports dealership
  • proven leadership in a management role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of powersports sales and dealership operations
  • ability to develop and lead sales teams
  • high level of organization and time management
  • customer service oriented

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
  • thorough knowledge of and experience with powersports sales
  • proven track record of success managing teams
  • excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • knowledge and desire to develop sales and service teams
  • exceptional face-to-face communication skills focused on high customer service standards
  • organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure efficiency
  • steer and manage sales operations of new and pre-owned units
  • guide and develop the sales team using leadership and sales expertise
  • forecast and create sales, service, and parts objectives and goals
  • motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals through open communication
  • develop new and different sales techniques for the sales team
  • communicate openly and consistently with the team and assess their needs
  • model superior customer service behavior and provide a world-class customer experience
