Job Description

Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson is a premier motorcycle dealership located in Stuart, Florida, ideally positioned between the scenic St. Lucie River and the Atlantic Ocean. We are currently seeking to hire a General Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee all operational activities within the dealership, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every aspect. As General Manager, you will be instrumental in steering the sales operations of both new and pre-owned units, managing and motivating the sales team, and driving the dealership toward ambitious yet achievable goals. Your role will include forecasting and setting objectives across sales, service, and parts departments, while applying your management expertise to foster a positive, high-performing work culture. Open communication and team development will be at the heart of your leadership approach, with a focus on implementing innovative sales techniques and customer service strategies. Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience within a motor vehicle or powersports dealership
  • proven leadership in a management role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of powersports sales and dealership operations
  • ability to develop and lead sales teams

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
  • thorough knowledge of and experience with powersports sales
  • proven track record of success managing teams
  • excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • knowledge and desire to develop sales and service teams
  • exceptional face-to-face communication skills focused on high customer service standards
  • organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure efficiency
  • steer and manage sales operations of new and pre-owned units
