- 3-5 years of experience within a motor vehicle or powersports dealership
- proven leadership in a management role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of powersports sales and dealership operations
- ability to develop and lead sales teams
- high level of organization and time management

Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
- thorough knowledge of and experience with powersports sales
- proven track record of success managing teams
- excellent leadership and managerial skills
- knowledge and desire to develop sales and service teams
- exceptional face-to-face communication skills focused on high customer service standards
- organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure efficiency
- steer and manage sales operations of new and pre-owned units
- guide and develop the sales team using leadership and sales expertise
- forecast and create sales, service, and parts objectives and goals
- motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals through open communication
- develop new and different sales techniques for the sales team
- communicate openly and consistently with the team and assess their needs
- model superior customer service behavior and provide a world-class customer experience
