This leadership role requires overseeing the administration, direction, and control of all property functions, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while achieving budgeted revenues and profitability. The General Manager will play a critical part in shaping the community atmosphere and upholding the highest standards of residential living and hospitality. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general management, preferably in apartment or hospitality sectors
- Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial goals
- Experience leading and developing diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license
