Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
  • Proficiency with POS systems
  • Experience reviewing profit and loss statements
  • Competence in food cost and labor cost management
  • Knowledge of food preparation and safety protocols
  • Ability to manage cash handling accurately
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Flexible work schedule to meet business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership experience in retail or restaurant management
  • Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems, preferably NCR
  • Experience in profit and loss statement analysis and presentation
  • Skilled in food cost management and labor cost control
  • Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
  • Excellent cash handling skills
  • Passionate about healthy food and lifestyle
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Multilingual ability is a plus

Job Duties

  • Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including cash handling and POS system management
  • Hire, train, and coach employees to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards
  • Manage financial performance including profit and loss statements, food and labor cost control
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
  • Handle employee relations and sensitive issues with discretion
  • Promote the brand through community engagement, partnerships, and marketing initiatives
