The company takes pride in fostering career growth, employee development, and creating memorable moments for guests in inspiring environments.

The role of General Manager at Wuksachi Lodge and Lodgepole Market is a highly dynamic and influential leadership position. The General Manager oversees all aspects of lodging, food and beverage, and retail operations, ensuring that every guest receives the highest standard of service. This role demands strong operational acumen, strategic leadership, and a passionate commitment to excellence. The person in this position will be responsible for managing people, processes, budgets, and expenses effectively while inspiring a team that values professionalism and hospitality. Delaware North places significant emphasis on training and development, reflecting an understanding that a well-trained and motivated team is key to successful operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

This position offers a competitive base salary range from $119,500 to $161,300 per year, complemented by an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance. In some cases, a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan is also available, rewarding leadership that drives business growth. Delaware North supports its team members with extensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and generous discounts at its properties. Furthermore, housing and relocation assistance are provided, underscoring the company’s commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.

As General Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work amidst the breathtaking natural surroundings of Sequoia National Park, home to some of the world’s largest and oldest trees. Beyond overseeing daily operations, you will contribute to maintaining positive client relationships, managing vendor partnerships, and setting operational budgets and pricing strategies. You will ensure that safety and sanitation protocols are rigorously followed and that compliance with all applicable regulations—from alcohol sales to employment laws—is upheld. Additionally, this role involves verifying reports, managing inventory, payroll procedures, and occasionally driving company vehicles as needed.

This career opportunity at Delaware North extends beyond just a job; it is a chance to join a respected legacy company that values both its employees and the communities it serves.
