The General Manager position at Delaware North is based at the prestigious Wuksachi Lodge and Lodgepole Market in Sequoia National Park, California. This role is a full-time leadership opportunity with a competitive salary range of $119,500 to $161,300 annually, plus an annual bonus plan based on both company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan tied to the specific role. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all lodging, food and beverage, and retail operations within this unique and highly sought-after national park location. In this multifaceted role, you will be in charge of managing day-to-day operations by establishing effective staffing levels, developing and maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
