Our company is an established franchise organization operating 18 McDonald's restaurants with a dedicated team of approximately 800 employees including restaurant staff and home office personnel. We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. The General Manager plays a critical role as the leader of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, team management, and operational efficiency. This position requires a guest-first mentality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in restaurant management. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of McDonald's management experience, with previous General Manager experience recommended but not strictly required.
