  • minimum of 1 year McDonald’s management experience required
  • proven leadership capabilities
  • experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent organizational skills

Job Qualifications
