Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or related hospitality leadership role
- ServSafe certification required
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment

- Previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
- ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Employ properly trained customer service focused associates to meet all guest needs in a fast and friendly manner
- schedule adequate staffing to meet anticipated customer traffic
- address below expectation job performances with retraining or disciplinary processes
- maintain a facility that is consistently inspection ready across all guest contact areas
- comply with all Department of Health and company inspections
- conduct and follow daily safety inspections and emergency protocols
- enforce sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness
- maintain a professional restaurant image including cleanliness and employee appearance
- supervise portion control and minimize waste
- ensure adequate stock to satisfy expected demand
- follow company standards for product display, rotation, and inventory receiving
- drive sales and reduce costs with an entrepreneurial approach
- treat all inventories with a cash mentality
- champion and enhance brand-specific marketing programs to meet or exceed sales targets
- maintain labor controls within budget
- ensure cash controls follow company procedures
- manage controllable expenses impacting profitability
- strive to be the best in the brand
- keep location in compliance with all brand standards and maintain a safe, clean work environment
- pass all internal operational, training, and paperwork audits
- ensure inspections meet or exceed company standards
- establish and meet sales goals and forecasts
