The role we are offering is for a full-time Manager to lead our Cardiff location, a high-volume restaurant operating around the clock. This position requires a responsible and reliable leader capable of overseeing a dynamic team including cashiers, prep cooks, and kitchen staff. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring food quality, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with our diverse team and customer base. This role offers a competitive annual salary range between $74,500 and $75,500, reflecting the importance of strong leadership and operational excellence.
