We are a fast-paced Mexican restaurant with multiple locations in Cardiff, Carlsbad, Del Mar, and Carmel Valley, known for delivering authentic flavors and exceptional customer service in a vibrant setting. The role we are offering is for a full-time Manager to lead our Cardiff location, a high-volume restaurant operating around the clock. This position requires a responsible and reliable leader capable of overseeing a dynamic team including cashiers, prep cooks, and kitchen staff. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring food quality, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with our diverse team and customer base. This role offers a competitive annual salary range between $74,500 and $75,500, reflecting the importance of strong leadership and operational excellence. Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in restaurant management
- previous Taco Shop or fast food experience preferred

- knowledge and ability to operate a POS system and cash register

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise your team, cashiers, preps, cooks, and more at a high volume location open 24hrs/day
