Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4-5 years experience in a similar or equivalent role
- ability to understand and evaluate complex information
- clear understanding of State, Federal, and Local employment laws
- knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws
- willingness to work long hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
