Functioning as a hands-on operator, the General Manager will actively participate in daily hotel operations, allowing for real-time problem-solving and quality assurance. This role also requires a visible leadership presence not only within the hotel premises but in the local community as well, fostering partnerships and promoting the hotel’s visibility and reputation. Exceptional communication skills are required, as the General Manager will liaise with guests, staff, upper management, and community stakeholders. The position demands a professional with a detailed understanding of budgeting, cost control, and property management systems. Ideally, candidates will possess a college degree in hospitality management or business, or a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation, supplemented by a minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience. Bilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are an added advantage. Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years progressive leadership experience in hospitality industry
  • high school graduate or equivalent
