This role is a hands-on leadership position that exists within a fast-paced, high-volume Chick-fil-A restaurant. It integrates direct participation in daily restaurant operations with strategic leadership responsibilities to meet and exceed business goals. The position requires managing various operational facets including front counter services, dine-in experiences, drive-thru, catering, curbside pickups, and mobile orders. The General Manager or Director of Operations will be responsible for setting quarterly and annual targets related to hospitality standards, profit margins, and sales growth. They will also lead and inspire a team by maintaining healthy working relationships, coaching, recognizing achievements, and holding team members accountable. Communication skills are essential for success in this role, as the individual must liaise effectively across all areas of the business to ensure smooth operations and uphold the Chick-fil-A brand’s core values and standards. This position demands flexibility and dedication, with a schedule requirement of 40-45 hours per week and availability Monday through Saturday. Job Qualifications

Previous leadership or management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties

Oversee the entire operation for front counter, dine in, drive thru, catering, curbside, and mobile orders
