Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years management experience
  • minimum 5 years functional experience

  • minimum 5 years management experience
  • minimum 5 years functional experience
  • experience in luxury senior living or CCRCs
  • experience in hospitality or resort operations
  • experience in upscale dining or country clubs
  • experience in high-end catering and events
  • knowledge of healthcare hospitality programs
  • strong catering and event leadership experience
  • ability to build strong teams and accountability
  • creativity balanced with operational and financial discipline
  • CDM certification preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Lead all dining, hospitality, catering, and service operations
  • drive creativity, innovation, and resident engagement programming
  • oversee high-profile catering, events, and special dining experiences
  • ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, service, and ambiance
  • manage budgets, labor, forecasting, and overall financial performance
  • develop and inspire culinary and hospitality teams
  • maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, healthcare, and regulatory standards
  • partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and experience enhancements
