Job Description

Kessler Hotels is part of Kessler Hospitality, a distinguished collection of artistically inspired boutique hotels known for their unique design, luxurious accommodations, and inviting ambiance. Their portfolio includes properties across various states such as Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Each hotel is thoughtfully curated to reflect exquisite art, vibrant music, and a rich cultural influence that embraces a redefined Bohemian luxury atmosphere. This artisan approach makes Kessler Hotels stand apart as elite destinations that cater to individualistic travelers seeking memorable experiences beyond the usual hospitality offerings.

One of Kessler Hospitality's standout properties is the Grand Bohemian Lodge located in the heart of Downtown Greenville, South Carolina. This AAA Four Diamond boutique lodge offers guests a unique opportunity to experience the natural beauty of the area with its stunning location perched on the falls of the iconic Reedy River. The lodge seamlessly combines earth-inspired aesthetics with luxurious comfort through details such as floor-to-ceiling windows, artistically crafted chandeliers, and a thoughtfully designed wine room. Guests can unwind on spacious balconies, enjoy the outdoor bar and restaurant overlooking the river, or partake in amenities like an onsite spa, art gallery, fitness center, and hiking trails that encourage a deep connection to the surroundings.

The Food & Beverage Manager role at Kessler Hotels is vital to maintaining the high standards of service and operational excellence across the lodge’s dining outlets. This full-time position is designed for a proactive leader who will coordinate, supervise, and guide all facets of the Food & Beverage (F&B) operations to ensure profitability and outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, controlling budgets, overseeing loss prevention measures, and ensuring compliance with health, liquor, and SOP standards. The manager will also actively engage with guests to resolve concerns promptly, promote business through innovative ideas, and help maintain a welcoming and efficient environment that embodies the brand’s signature attention to detail and quality.

This role calls for a dynamic individual capable of multitasking and prioritizing departmental functions to meet deadlines while fostering a positive work culture that reduces employee turnover. The Food & Beverage Manager will handle recruiting and training staff, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating interdepartmental communications. Understanding corporate promotions and menu planning are additional essential components of the role. Moreover, the position requires a commitment to upholding Highgate Hotel standards in all operational and service aspects.

Working as the Food & Beverage Manager at Kessler Hotels offers a rewarding career path within a respected hospitality group that has set benchmarks in luxury boutique lodging. The position not only provides a chance to influence guest satisfaction directly but also to be a pivotal part of a team focused on both business performance and cultivating memorable, artistically enriched hospitality experiences. If you are a service-driven leader passionate about excellence, innovation, and community, this role puts you at the heart of a unique hospitality environment that inspires and rejuvenates both guests and staff alike.
