Cunningham Restaurant Group is currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join their leadership team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position is a rare and exciting opportunity to manage the operations within the prestigious Electric Works building, a vibrant mixed-use development known as one of the region’s premier hospitality destinations. The role suits a highly adaptable hospitality leader who thrives with variety and enjoys working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The General Manager will oversee up to three distinct restaurant concepts simultaneously — ranging from quick service and casual dining to full service and upscale social dining experiences. This role requires a seasoned professional who can maintain high operational standards, build and nurture strong teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences across multiple dining formats.
The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of restaurant operations run smoothly, including team development, guest satisfaction, financial management, and cultivating a positive culture that emphasizes hospitality, accountability, and excellence. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing high-volume, full-service restaurant operations, with a preference for those with backgrounds in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine dining environments. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience managing multiple restaurant concepts preferred
- ability to traverse all levels of the restaurant
