Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma GED
- Minimum of three years of high volume full service restaurant management experience
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to attract train develop and retain team members
- Strong guest service focus
- Ability to achieve financial goals including sales growth guest count increases staffing levels and cost control
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to talk hear use hands repetitively to operate kitchen and office equipment
- Ability to reach bend kneel crouch and climb ladder and step stool
- Dexterity for handling food items and dishes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma GED some college preferred
- Minimum of three years of high volume full service restaurant management experience
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to attract train develop and retain the best team members
- Exceptionally strong guest service focus with ability to provide an exceptional dining experience for every guest
- Ability to define measure and attain financial goals with focus on sales growth guest count increases staffing levels cost of goods and labor cost management
Job Duties
- Ensure flawless execution of every detail every shift by every team member to exceed guest expectations
- Provide direction coaching training and development for team members including food quality service standards safety and sanitation and company policies and procedures
- Ensure all food beverage and service standards policies and procedures are adhered to
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure financial performance of the restaurant
- Ensure consistent execution of all systems standards inventory and cost controls
- Partner with the General Manager to create and implement plans that result in improved financial performance in all areas of the operation
- Utilize the catering team to inspire community involvement and build sales
