We are currently seeking a General Manager to join our team and serve as the most senior on-site leader. This key leadership role is perfect for a results-oriented professional who excels at motivating and managing teams to achieve business objectives. The General Manager will lead by example, fostering a high-performing culture that drives sales, enhances client satisfaction, and ensures smooth operational execution. You will have the autonomy to make impactful decisions and the full support of ownership committed to investing in the location's growth and success.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees, including front desk staff, clinical professionals, and support personnel. Your leadership will steer the team’s focus towards achieving consistent revenue growth through effective lead conversion, cross-selling, up-selling, promoting memberships, and boosting retail sales. You will own the location's financial and operational performance, setting clear targets, monitoring progress, and taking prompt corrective measures when necessary.
Operational excellence is paramount. You will establish repeatable systems such as scorecards, reporting mechanisms, daily huddles, and weekly reviews that promote accountability and transparency throughout the team. Maintaining the highest standards of client service, safety, and experience will be a top priority, as will handling any client escalations promptly to safeguard the spa’s stellar reputation.
The General Manager will also oversee day-to-day activities, including staff scheduling, inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance. This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, supplemented by a quarterly performance bonus of up to 20%, leading to a total potential compensation of approximately $168,000 annually. Along with a robust pay structure, the spa provides an employer-funded health allowance, paid time off, and treatment discounts to support employee well-being.
This is a full-time, on-site role with a flexible schedule that may require working some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods. The nature of the job includes extended periods at a desk or computer, standing time around the clinic, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. If you are a seasoned leader with at least eight years of experience in high-pressure, sales-driven, client-facing service environments—such as medical aesthetics, hospitality, or fitness—and have at least three years managing teams with real decision-making authority, we encourage you to apply.
