Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in restaurant or retail customer service
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of point of sale (POS) system functionality
- Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other regulatory compliance
- ServSafe certification
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Hire, develop, and lead the store team to ensure a great guest experience
- Use operational tools to maintain and achieve operational excellence
- Manage supplier relationships including inventory management and shipments
- Review store environment and key performance indicators to identify and implement improvements
- Oversee cash management activities such as daily deposits
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and company brand standards
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness in line with brand expectations
- Drive implementation of company programs through effective action planning
- Develop and execute local store marketing plans including community outreach and special events
- Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Training, Human Resources, and Marketing teams
