Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years of successful management experience
  • current ServSafe certification required or able to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • experience coaching and developing teams in a retail or restaurant environment
  • experience supervising hourly and management-level staff
  • hospitality retail or restaurant experience preferred
  • background in nutrition is a plus
  • strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills
  • proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • excellent organization and planning skills
  • ability to make sound decisions and influence others effectively
  • self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office email and basic computer applications
