Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Effective team leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift
  • Experience working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Recognize all revenue areas and develop strategies to impact sales
  • Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans and HR and training materials
  • Manage and control direct expenses
  • Oversee labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses
  • Select, retain, supervise, and train all employees
  • Conduct quarterly reviews
  • Adhere to established training programs
  • Determine advancement or termination
  • Develop employees into shift managers
  • Provide guidance to team members and lead them toward success
  • Embrace corporate structure and family culture
  • Enforce policies, procedures, and controls
