Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Effective team leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift
- Experience working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Achieve sales targets
- Recognize all revenue areas and develop strategies to impact sales
- Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans and HR and training materials
- Manage and control direct expenses
- Oversee labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses
- Select, retain, supervise, and train all employees
- Conduct quarterly reviews
- Adhere to established training programs
- Determine advancement or termination
- Develop employees into shift managers
- Provide guidance to team members and lead them toward success
- Embrace corporate structure and family culture
- Enforce policies, procedures, and controls
