They will monitor resort performance data, execute operational goals, and lead various departments such as guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, fitness centers, food and beverage, and activities. The role demands analytical skills to understand the financial impact of decisions and operational metrics.\n\nBeyond operational management, the General Manager also serves as a key figure in fostering a positive atmosphere that reflects the company's ethics and integrity. They motivate and develop talent, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements related to Homeowners Association (HOA) governance, contract management, and board interactions. A comprehensive understanding of hospitality standards and statutory regulations is essential. Job Requirements

  • Hospitality certifications preferred such as CMCA or CAM
  • associate governance knowledge preferred
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • maintain professional appearance and standards
  • positive and motivating attitude
  • leadership ability to motivate and lead teams
  • ethical leadership and integrity
  • computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite
  • 3-5 years of property vacation ownership or hotel management experience
  • knowledge of mixed-use operations is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality certifications preferred including CMCA and CAM

  • 3-5 years of property vacation ownership or hotel management experience
  • experience with mixed-use properties a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintain overall operation of the resort
  • oversee operational departments and vendor operations
  • perform daily audits and inspections to ensure site meets all standards
  • execute operations of all resort outlets including fitness centers, food and beverage, and activities
