Hyatt House Boulder/Broomfield is a well-established hotel property located strategically between the cities of Boulder and Denver, Colorado. This property features 123 rooms, offering guests convenient accommodations for business or leisure travel within the vibrant Colorado region. Hyatt House, as part of the Hyatt portfolio, is a recognized leader in hospitality known for its commitment to quality service, comfort, and innovative guest experiences. The hotel caters to both short- and extended-stay guests, providing an inviting atmosphere combined with modern amenities. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead this hotel to new heights. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in inspiring your team to achieve greatness and fostering an environment where all employees can thrive. You will demonstrate leadership by encouraging and supporting staff to reach their full potential, creating a workplace culture that is recognized as a Great Place to Work for all team members. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage all hotel operations, liaise effectively with Hyatt Brand Representatives, owners, and corporate partners, and ensure brand standards and financial goals are consistently met.
The ideal candidate for this role is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in leading a winning team of passionate, service-driven hospitality professionals. Strong sales capabilities and networking skills are essential, along with a proven track record of driving Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS). You should have a solid background in hiring, mentoring, and motivating teams to deliver outstanding results, alongside the ability to manage financial outcomes successfully. Experience in food and beverage operations and excellent customer service delivery are important competencies. Previous experience as a General Manager is required, and prior experience within the Hyatt brand is highly preferred.
