The role of General Manager at The Salty Donut is a dynamic leadership position perfect for hospitality professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and have a passion for developing strong teams. Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of management experience in hospitality, QSR, or food & beverage
  • Experience leading teams of 10+ per shift
  • Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, scheduling, and operations
  • A guest-obsessed, people-focused leadership style
  • Ability to stay composed in high-volume environments
  • A positive, coachable, humble attitude with a drive to grow
  • ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FOH & BOH team

  • Manage daily operations: scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and store standards
  • Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and consistency across all touchpoints
  • Drive KPIs including P&L, COGS, labor, sales, and customer sentiment

  • Solve problems proactively and maintain a calm, confident leadership presence
